The UncommonGoods Gift Guide

December is without a doubt my favourite month of the year. I live for sleigh bells, for the thrill of one snowflake, the first mulled wine, staying ‘Home Alone’ and donning a Christmas jumper, fairy lights everywhere. I mean the lights alone are enough to love the festive season. Basically I am an ambassador for Christmas and something I really love is plotting and searching for the perfect gifts for my friend and family (and planning a wrapping scheme - I’ve spied a fa-la-la-la-Llama paper, watch this space).

UncommonGoods recently approached me and suggested I have browse of their site. As a company they are invested in sustainability, working to make socially and environmentally responsible decisions. They feature products that are handmade, recycled and organic products which are all pretty snazzy so I’ve put together a few of my favourites below.

Basically UncommonGoods is a site of things I’d buy my sister and friends but also George and his younger siblings as well as a few stocking stuffers for everyone. And - let’s be honest, things that I’m putting on other people’s list to Santa, but are really for me *cough, unicorn mug, cough*.
I am obsessed with their earrings, the Peace and Love earrings are fabulous. Playful and easy to mix and match with other pieces, not being twins themselves. They also have a great pair of coffee and donut earrings, by the same creator. If you're rocking around the Christmas tree at a party or dinner this wine topper photo frame is the perfect embellishment to a gift. Whilst when we were living apart I don’t think George would have been keen on a Long Distance Love light, which light up when your partner taps their own light, I’m still tempted to get a couple now for each side of the bed.

If you really aren’t sure what to buy for your loved ones (or yourself), have a chat with Sunny, a character the store have created to search for all of your recipients’ interests at once. Also, he's a cartoon elephant - adorable.

I would definitely recommend UncommonGoods if you're looking for unique and personal gifts galore. Tell me your top picks below!
